Murders seem to be ramping up in the Bay Area as Jack leaves San Jose moving fully to South Lake Tahoe. Jack’s proximity to these crimes show that he goes to a new area to scout out his next place where we see at least one murder before he moves there, murders behind him where he has been, and a murder on his exit to the new place. This pattern shows to be 10-11 month duration, then the serial killer is done, and Jack is gone. The abductions and dumps are in a 2 hour radius of where Jack is.
