I spoke about Contentious People who are very abrupt and arrogant and what we are to do. Just, what is appropriate when it comes to the decisions we make and the actions we take, or don't take, to handle or cease handling these people.
We looked at their tendencies to bring forth a continuous onslaught of complaints and issues, never, being truly satisfied or at peace no matter what the outcome may be.
