Candy and Dr Linda discuss the process of getting and staying sober. Some people may slip for a day or two and get dry, sober, stop their substance usage, etc. Others relapse for days, weeks, months and cannot find a way to stop. There are legitimate inner struggles to change behavior, stop using or drinking and getting honest there is a problem within the person to get sober. Dr Linda explains her being off sugar 13 years now; Candy shared the app called The Meeting Guide for help and hope.
