So many diets and gut protocols claim they will rid your body of bloat and fat, yet can’t follow through with their claims. These gut protocols usually aren’t written by experts or nutritionists which can lead to a lack of results and possibly negative and dangerous side effects.

A disruption to the balance of bacteria in the gut, where beneficial microbes become outnumbered by potentially harmful bacteria, is called dysbiosis, and dysbiosis leads to bloat, weight gain, malnutrition and auto-immune disease.
